Meet our team
Adi is our IT expert. He’s right at home behind a computer or playing a strategy game. He makes sure your order is processed correctly in our system. But he’s just as happy to help out in the shop from time to time and recommend his favourite board games to you.
As the founder of the board game café, he’s constantly coming up with new ideas and is fully committed to developing DuBischDra further. He’s closely connected to the community, always on the lookout for the latest games – and just as keen to join in at the gaming table himself.
Lena looks after our staff and makes sure everyone in the team feels at home. You might also find her coding or in the shop, where she’ll be happy to recommend your next board game.
Raphael is the brains behind our marketing. He makes sure you hear from us and read our updates regularly, and coordinates our business strategy. In his spare time, he prints new gadgets on his 3D printer or plays with his two children.
Neo is the newest member of our team, but she’s already a seasoned pro when it comes to packing games. She usually works in our warehouse. If you happen to bump into her in the shop, feel free to ask her about cooperative games and Dungeons & Dragons.
You can always find Nik on Thursdays at the games club in Dübendorf, where he volunteers to organise our games evenings. He’s always happy to help choose games and makes sure that the games run smoothly.
You’ll mostly find Philipp – or Phil – in our warehouse, where he’s hard at work packing your online orders. He also helps out in the shop from time to time, much to the delight of anyone looking for role-playing games or heavyweight board games.
You’ll mostly find Viktoriia in our shop on Langstrasse these days. She used to work in Dübendorf, though, where she was always busy packing games. She likes light strategy games, party games and puzzle games.
Our volunteers ensure that we can look after our community as best we can. They’re on hand to offer advice and support at events and games evenings, and they’ll enthusiastically introduce you to the world of games.
