Shipping with the Swiss Post

We offer free priority delivery via Swiss Post within Switzerland and Liechtenstein for all orders over CHF 50.00. For orders under CHF 50.00, we charge CHF 9.50 for delivery.

Alternatively, you can use our free Click & Collect / pick up service – with no minimum order value and no delivery charges whatsoever. Simply select your preferred collection point during the checkout process, and we’ll have your order ready for collection within 2 hours during our opening hours. Please note that if the item needs to be transferred from another location, this may take 2–4 working days. We will notify you as soon as your item is ready for collection.

You can currently use our collection service at our game shop on Langstrasse.

Hold of the entire order if an item is out of stock

Please note that if your order contains both items in stock and back-ordered items, they will be dispatched together in a single shipment. If you would like to receive the items in stock sooner, you will need to place separate orders.

International shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
